Though she has been in education for the past 16 years, Katherine began tutoring students privately and in small groups in her home in 2007. Hola HP officially opened in Snider Plaza six years ago after she realized that she was tutoring over 90 students in her small home weekly and needed more space! Once Hola moved to Snider, Katherine recruited her favorite teachers of all content areas to come alongside her and focus specifically on HP student tutoring needs. Hola now has over 40 incredibly talented teachers, around 130 weekly groups that run during the school year, and over 500 students that enter its doors weekly.

Hola HP offers tutoring for all students PreK-12th grade, but centers around the HP student once they begin 5th grade. Hola is best known for its course-specific small tutoring groups that focus weekly on what students are doing in their HPISD class! Hola is also loved for its pop up review sessions prior to tests and quizzes, midterm and final exam reviews called cram sessions, and its newly formed PreK in the Plaza, a kinder prep program that runs daily from 9-12pm. From PreK to ACT prep and into college, Hola offers the best tutoring and aims to instill in students confidence and a love of learning!
